The Local Village Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship our products to street addresses within South Africa. Our international shipping will commence soon.

For all delivery orders shipping costs vary per province you are in. Gauteng = R100, Other Provinces = R120. Kindly contact us on onlinesales@localvillage.africa should you require delivery to outlying areas.

Currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are processed at our fulfilment warehouse Monday – Friday. Once processed, please allow 2 – 5 business days for your Local Village order to arrive at your door.

Package tracking numbers are available via your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before calling customer service to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
