Ingredients
- 2-4 leaves of any spinach variant
- 1 banana (peeled, cut and frozen)
- 1 medium apple (cored and diced)
- 1⁄2 – 3⁄4 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp. moringa leaf powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter (optional)
Instructions
1.Place all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large cup and enjoy!
